The Inter DPS National Western Vocal Music Festival - 2017 Akshat Bhadoria, Class – X selected for "Surshri Solo Singing Competition" organized by Rotary Club, Indore. Vanshika Arora, Class – IX selected for State Level "Surshri Solo Singing Competition" organized by Rotary Club, Indore also selected for "Voice of India" and cleared Indore audition and promoted for Mumbai audition. A total of 22 as participants from different states competed for the coveted position Kudas to Krishika for achieving this distinctions Krishika Vishwakarma a student of class VIII enthralled and enraptured the hearts of the audience and competition alike with a rare display of grace rhythm and skill with a much lauded kathak dance presentation Krishika walked away with the first prize in the solo kathak performance at the National Dance Competition organized by Sahid Bhagat Singh foundation of India that took place in the enchanting city of Goa on 15 April 2018. The talented Dancers of DPS Indore finished First in the Inter School Dance Competition (Classical, Folk group/ duet ) organised by Modern International School Category IX - XI on Saturday, 13 October '18. Students of Delhi Public School, Indore secured the First Position in the Inter-School Junior Vocal Music Competition, (Category Folk) held at Choithram School, Manik Baag on 12 October '18. The winning team from 4th & 5th class is - Stuti Joshi, Adhya Kanodia, Anshika Pandey, Nilaksh Rokde, Ruheen Agrawal, Shivali Singh, Chhayli Mukti Bodh & Neev Mehta. In all, 17 schools were in the race, based on the theme of patriotism. With the glittering international fame DPS, Indore is proud to announces that one of its students, Arpita Shankar of class 8 and a Teacher of shiksha kendra, Ms Yashasvi Soni will be participating in the International Cultural Conclave 2019 (Dance Competition), Bangkok (Thailand) after auspiciously winning The National Cultural Conclave 2019 (Dance Competition) held at Goa. The recording will be broadcasted on Akashwani. The icing on the cake is that the students are invited for recording a 1 hour slot. The program will be telecasted at DD1 channel after 4 days. promoted 2 students to present Hindi speech and poem. 11 students of DPS Indore opened the event by singing Saraswati Vandana which was self composed by the Music Dept. Akashwani Directors from all over the country were present in Hotel Amarvilas.DPS,Indore was invited to perform at the event & commence the event formally. Hindi Rajbhasha Sanghosti was held by Akashwani Indore on December20,2019. Suhani Bhandari of 7b participated in " All India Dance, Music, Instrumental Contest and Krishnamayookham Dance Festival -3rd Cultural Harmony-2020" at Nagpur. Dance is truly a meditation, it enables a person to understand the hidden language of the soul.ĭPS Indore bagged the Best School Performance Award in the Reverberations- An Inter School Dance Drama Competition hosted by Choithram School, Manik Bagh.A team of 20 students from classes 3rd to 5th mesmerised the Judges by their breathtaking performance and secured the 1st position.
